Unauthorized use that violates Colombian laws—through sale, distribution, copying, modification, adaptation, or any other prohibited conduct—will be penalized in accordance with applicable regulations.

Your contractual counterpart is FOU fuera de LO COmún SAS (hereinafter “FOU fuera de LO COmún”), a company legally constituted under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with NIT #900664028-1 and registered under Commercial Registration No. 21-498342-12 of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce, headquartered in the city of Medellín.
The products that customers of Fou Fuera de LO COmún may acquire are listed and described on the website https://fou.com.co/ (hereinafter the VIRTUAL STORE).
1. Registration
The site requires registration of basic customer data to allow personalized service. For this purpose, there is a section called LOGIN, where you can access a registration form for new customers.
To register, you must enter all the requested information.
If you have already registered and wish to make another purchase, you only need to enter your previously registered username and password.
The VIRTUAL STORE does not process credit card charges nor store related data such as card or account numbers, passwords, etc. For this, Fou Fuera de LO COmún uses the services of www.PayUlatam.com, the company responsible for processing all payments related to your purchases. www.PayUlatam.com meets all security standards to ensure the safety of your transactions.
The VIRTUAL STORE has been developed to ensure your personal information remains confidential.
Service
The site requires all customers to identify themselves with their username and password before accessing their information. If you forget your username or password, you may use the recovery option provided.
The site reserves the right to modify, expand, update, change, or correct any omission or information regarding the conditions of access and use of the service, without prior notice.
The site reserves the right to interrupt the virtual store service, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
Orders can be placed in our virtual store 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
The site will honor promotional prices for items offered in the virtual store, and the order will be invoiced using the prices in effect on the date the product is registered.

WHEN DO THESE DELIVERY CONDITIONS APPLY?
These Delivery Conditions apply to all offers and contracts related to the sale and supply of products by FOU fuera de LO COmún S.A.S. When you order any product on our FOU fuera de LO COmún website (https://fou.com.co/) or on any web page directly connected to our website (the Website), or accept an offer from FOU fuera de LO COmún, your acceptance of the Delivery Conditions during the ordering process constitutes your acceptance of the applicability of these Delivery Conditions.
DELIVERY
FOU fuera de LO COmún will deliver to the address you provide within Colombian territory using national transport companies, and your international orders will be delivered by international shipping companies that handle the export and import process in accordance with the import/export regulations of the destination country. FOU fuera de LO COmún is not responsible for the buyer’s total or partial ignorance of the import/export laws of the country where they are located.
FOU fuera de LO COmún can only deliver to an address that is a home or office address. Deliveries will be made on business days, excluding holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by a delivery receipt.
If you request FOU fuera de LO COmún to deliver the order in several shipments, FOU fuera de LO COmún may charge you extra delivery costs. Each individual shipment will constitute an independent contract. If FOU fuera de LO COmún is delayed in delivering a shipment or one of the shipments is incorrect, this does not give you the right to cancel any other shipment.
Delivery periods are indicative and are not considered strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period has been exceeded will not give you any right to compensation. To do so, you must send FOU fuera de LO COmún a notice of non-compliance.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may vary depending on the place where the order is placed.
International: for international orders, the shipping cost includes three components: freight value, fuel surcharge, and merchandise insurance, which may vary depending on the destination country.
OPTIONS IN CASE OF DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If FOU fuera de LO COmún discovers before entering into the contract that it cannot supply the products ordered, it may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price, and function. You are not obliged to accept the replacement product.
If FOU fuera de LO COmún discovers after entering into the contract that it cannot supply the ordered products and is not responsible for this situation, it has the right to terminate the contract. Naturally, FOU fuera de LO COmún will inform you immediately and refund any payments you have made.
If your order could not be delivered due to the import and export laws and regulations of the destination country, as stated in the previous item, FOU fuera de LO COmún is not responsible for delivery nor for refunding the money. (We suggest you familiarize yourself with import and export laws and regulations before purchasing.)

Computerized Invoicing
By making purchases on the website https://fou.com.co/, the CLIENT implicitly and voluntarily AGREES to receive and pay, on the respective due dates, computer-generated invoices stemming from the purchase of items from FOU fuera de LO COmún, and authorizes FOU fuera de LO COmún to, from this date on, issue the invoice for the sale of items purchased by the company identified as the buyer in this document.
The customer agrees to receive the invoice electronically, which exempts FOU fuera de LO COmún SAS from sending a physical copy.
The electronic invoice will be available to you from the date of issuance.
The customer agrees that invoicing will be carried out exclusively by electronic means, except in contingency cases due to technical system failures, in which a manual invoice will be provided.
Each invoice issued by FOU fuera de LO COmún SAS complies with DIAN requirements, and any claims follow the same procedure as Petitions, Complaints, and Claims (PQR), by contacting your assigned sales representative.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to maintain an active email service for this purpose.
Invoice acceptance is understood through notification of receipt or reading of the email containing the invoice for all legal purposes.

RETENTION OF TITLE
The products supplied will remain the property of FOU fuera de LO COmún until you have fully paid all amounts due under any contract you have with us, including payment of costs, previous or subsequent deliveries, or partial deliveries. You may not sell, dispose of, or encumber the products before acquiring ownership of them.
APPLICABLE LAW
Colombian law applies to the contract.
PRODUCT CARE
FOU fuera de LO COmún wishes to draw your attention to the washing and care instructions printed on the product labels. FOU fuera de LO COmún will not be responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling or incorrect use of the products, including use contrary to the instructions.
